Important lessons

Recently, a few people have noticed that most of the time, I don’t give a f*ck. The more inquisitive ones have asked how I achieve this most sought after state of mind.

If followed carefully, dear reader, you too may someday be singled out as someone who does not give a f*ck.

I wish you all the best on your journey.

~oOo~

Lessons on how to not give a f*ck: the first thing of note is that this most desirable of states is harder to achieve when one discovers that we are all connected, and we are all souls on an Earthly journey.

With practice, one can ignore these unassailable facts and get on with not giving a f*ck. In the end, the only persons who can penetrate this state are those who you love and those who have earned/gained your respect. These you are forced to give a f*ck about, but anyone outside this group can safely be disposed of, so to speak. Spiritual people spend a lot of time caring about and caring for others ( I’m not one of these people). As a consequence, a lot of Spiritual people give a f*ck way more than they should and they are often used up by emotional vampires and others (often family members).

Having lived a few years definitely helps and you may have noticed that the occasional old timer exhibits the very finest in f*ck the f*ck off behaviour. But, it is not exclusively the province of the aged; younger people too can learn the basics.

For example: stand in front of a mirror at least once a day and repeat the phrase, “I am a worthy human being and if you cannot handle my awesomeness you can f*ck the f*ck off and when you get there you can f*ck off from there as well.”

This is best done with a wry smile and a hint of menace.

Real progress can be expected within thirty days.
